We are thrilled that all six dogs involved in the program have found loving homes, and all six inmates have since been released from the facility with more empathy and appreciation for others and for animals. The inmates' time at the facility was spent more effectively, learning important skills that will hopefully help prevent them from returning to jail in the future. For the dogs, they experienced leadership and learned boundaries that made them much more adoptable. These dogs were sought after and were adopted very soon after graduation.
