Snap Serves Spotlight – Mansfield, OH

The Mansfield, OH Snap Fitness volunteered at Mt. Zion, a local church in Lucas, OH. Three members served food to 95 families. Club Manager Crystal Little described the experience as “amazing.” “You can never tell what a person may be going through, so to be able to make yourself available to aid in distributing food to the hungry is something I am thankful to take part in,” Crystal said.

The Mansfield club found this volunteer opportunity through a personal training client who was the co-director of distribution at the church, which received the Program of the Year award last year. “I have always had a passion for helping people in anyway possible, so I asked her if Snap Fitness could be part of the program,” Crystal said.

Crystal said club members were excited to be part of the event and will volunteer again at Mt. Zion. “Our involvement gives us a chance to get out there and show our community how much we care and want to support them,” Crystal said.

Next up for the club is a community carwash in support of the Cancer Society and the family of a local resident who battled cancer. We are so proud of you, Mansfield club! Keep up the great work.
