Before donating the system, the Bratsch family constantly needed to make repair appointments, which took time out of their very busy schedule in addition to paying for each repair. The busy couple also spent their time juggling taking care of their son, alternating working from home and taking care of their two other children. Their leaking coil system was releasing coolant into their home environment, which can potentially be a very hazardous health issue for any household, let alone one with a very ill child. Since donating the new system, the Knights were able to save the Bratsch family approximately $7,000 in annual repair costs and, most importantly, helped to create a safer breathing environment for their family. Additionally, since installing the Purification System, their son Noah can rest assured that he is breathing in a pure air supply, particularly during his chemotherapy sessions in which he is more susceptible to air pollutants.
